"Excellent support today. Had suspected gas. leak and Duncan came over within an hour to check for me. Luckily, the gas tested safe and not leaking. Duncan explained that the gas smells were from a water outlet pipe attached to the water heating system installed. Duncan was really helpful and easy to understand as he explained what he found. Fitted a MagnaClean filter next to the boiler and added an automatic bypass loop in the airing cupboard to prevent "kettling" in the boiler (should have been fitted by the original installer but wasn't!).
